Refund policy

At AngelSeer, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting support@AngelSeer.com.

 

Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back and wait for return instructions.

 

The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Returns are generally not accepted for gift cards, personalised or made-to-order items, final-sale or complimentary promotional items, or used, worn, altered or misused products.

 

After inspection, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is caused by an AngelSeer error.

 

For defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders, email support@AngelSeer.com with your order number and photos. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
